We believe betting should be safe, transparent, and enjoyable. That belief is at the heart of everything we do 9a99's journey began with one goal: to make sports more exciting and meaningful for millions of people across Bangladesh.
Online betting in Bangladesh used to be a frustrating experience for most people. Foreign platforms offered no Bengali language support, no local payment options, and customer service that couldn't speak Bangla — these were everyday struggles for a large portion of users. To fill exactly that gap, 9a99was born.
In 2020, a group of young tech and gaming experts came together 9a99 was founded with a single vision: to build a truly local online betting platform for Bangladesh — where users could deposit via bKash, get support in Bengali, and access live cricket and football odds ahead of the game.
In the very first year 9a99 9a99 became a recognized name in Bangladesh's betting community. When users saw withdrawals hitting their bKash at 11 PM within 30 minutes, and odds updating ball by ball during cricket matches, trust followed naturally. Word spread fast.
Today 9a99has over 500,000 registered members. From Dhaka and Chattogram to Sylhet and Rajshahi — our members are in every corner of the country. Their trust and loyalty are our greatest achievement.
Our tech team continuously improves the platform. From the mobile app to the web interface, everything is designed with Bangladeshi users in mind — ensuring fast page loads even on slower connections and full feature functionality on mobile.
About Customer Service 9a99has a different philosophy. We believe that when something goes wrong, users should feel "these people have my back." That's why we offer live chat support in Bengali 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Average response time: under 2 minutes.
Betting isn't just about winning money — it's an experience. The rush in your chest when your favorite team is playing, the satisfaction of a prediction that pays off — these feelings 9a99 make it all even more meaningful. That said, we always put responsible gaming first. Play within your budget, enjoy the experience — that's our message.
